Job Summary
As an ERP Manager for a prominent Hamburg housing cooperative, you will serve as the vital link between IT systems and staff. Your primary focus (70%) involves the administration, functional support, and continuous development of the Wodis Sigma ERP system and its integrated applications. You will collaborate closely with various departments to analyze and optimize digital business processes, manage APIs and data flows, and create essential process documentation. Beyond ERP management, you will coordinate with external service providers, lead software implementation projects, and provide user support. You will also work alongside the internal system administrator to ensure the security and stability of the overall IT infrastructure, including the management of user roles and permissions. This role is ideal for experienced application managers or IT-focused process managers looking for a collaborative, value-driven environment with a strong emphasis on work-life balance and social responsibility.
Required Skills
Education
Degree in (Business) Informatics, training as an IT Specialist for System Integration, or a comparable qualification (e.g., business degree with a strong IT focus).
Experience
- Professional experience in a comparable IT or ERP management role
- Experience in project management and controlling external service providers
- Experience with ERP systems specific to the housing industry (e.g., Wodis Sigma, Yuneo) is preferred
- Proven experience in analyzing and optimizing digital business processes
