Job Summary
As an ERP Manager at Baugenossenschaft Hamburger Wohnen eG, you will serve as the primary link between the organization's IT systems and its staff. Approximately 70% of your role involves the administration, technical support, and continuous development of the Wodis Sigma ERP system and its integrated applications. You will analyze and optimize digital business processes in collaboration with various departments, manage APIs and data flows, and maintain comprehensive process documentation. Beyond ERP management, you will lead projects involving external service providers, oversee software implementations, and provide user support and training. Working closely with the internal System Administrator, you will also ensure the secure operation of the overall IT infrastructure and manage role-based access controls. This position is ideal for experienced application managers or IT-focused process managers looking for a stable role in the housing industry with significant flexibility and a collaborative atmosphere.
Required Skills
Education
Degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, or equivalent; or vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration; or a business degree/commercial training with a strong IT focus.
Experience
- Professional experience in a comparable functional area (ERP or IT Application Management)
- Experience in leading IT projects and managing external service providers
- Experience with ERP systems specific to the housing industry (e.g., Wodis Sigma, Yuneo) or willingness to learn
- Proven experience in analyzing and optimizing digital business processes
- Experience in maintaining IT security and role/permission concepts
