As an Operations Engineer, you will lead the Technical Operations Group in Pöcking, responsible for the functionality and maintenance management of all technical building systems. Your day-to-day duties involve overseeing facility operations, ensuring compliance with legal and safety regulations, managing maintenance schedules, and validating the readiness of technical installations. You will also collaborate on construction documentation and project planning. Required Skills

Education

Qualification for the higher technical administrative service (gehobener technischer Verwaltungsdienst) is required for civil servant status.

Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience in electrical engineering, energy systems, building services, or mechanical engineering.
  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience in applying regulations for electrical, climate, fire protection, and occupational safety systems.
  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience in management or leadership of a technical operations group.
  • Professional experience in controlling, business administration, and cost accounting.
