As a Field Service Operations Manager, you will serve as the central coordination hub for complex service and revision projects involving generators. Your day-to-day responsibilities include managing full project documentation, developing precise schedules, and planning resource requirements for field deployments. You will act as the primary interface between site management, technical teams, and external customers to ensure seamless information flow and operational success. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who excels at process optimization and project coordination within the energy sector. Required Skills

Education

Completed technical vocational training or university degree in electrical, mechanical, or energy engineering.

Experience

  • Professional experience in service, revision, or commissioning of large machinery, preferably generators
  • Professional experience in technical documentation and process flow management
  • 5 years of professional experience in sales or field service within turbomachinery, industrial power plants, or compressor trains
  • Experience in coordinating site operations and managing cross-functional technical teams
