Job Summary

As a Field Service Operations Manager for Industrial Steam Turbines, you will serve as the central coordination hub for complex service and overhaul projects. Your day-to-day responsibilities include managing full project documentation, creating precise operational and resource schedules, and defining necessary equipment and materials. You will act as a key liaison between site management, engineering teams, and clients, ensuring seamless information flow and operational success. This role is unique as it places you at the heart of critical energy infrastructure maintenance, directly contributing to supply security and industrial decarbonization. You will need a blend of technical expertise and strong organizational skills to manage projects from preparation through to completion. Required Skills

Education

Completed technical vocational training or university degree in electrical, mechanical, or energy engineering.

Experience

  • Professional experience in service, overhaul, or commissioning of large-scale machinery
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in sales or field service within the turbomachinery, industrial power plant, or compressor sector
  • Experience in managing site-related documentation and technical workflows
  • Proven ability to coordinate complex projects involving multiple technical stakeholders
