Required Skills
Education

Experience
- Professional experience in public administration or finance required.
- Leadership experience in managing teams and administrative tasks.
- Experience in payment processing, accounts receivable, or debt management.
- 20 years of professional experience in the public sector (TVöD or equivalent) can serve as an alternative to formal educational requirements.
