This role involves taking on project management responsibilities for sewer and road construction measures on behalf of the City of Brühl. As the representative of the building owner, you will steer and coordinate projects from the initial planning phases through to final completion. Key tasks include managing external engineering firms according to HOAI performance phases, reviewing technical designs, managing costs, and ensuring administrative compliance. Required Skills

Education

Experience

  • Experience in managing external engineering offices and HOAI performance phases
  • Experience in technical and administrative project settlement
