Job Summary

As an IT Service Coordinator, you will serve as the primary point of contact for internal staff, managing IT requests and incidents through a ticketing system. Your day-to-day responsibilities include categorizing and prioritizing support tickets, coordinating with external service providers, and performing basic local hardware and telephony troubleshooting. You will play a key role in the employee lifecycle by managing IT on- and offboarding checklists and maintaining the internal self-service portal, including FAQs and user guides. Additionally, you will monitor service level agreements (SLAs) and prepare performance reports for IT management. This role is ideal for a service-oriented professional who excels at structured communication and documentation. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training in an IT-related field (e.g., IT Specialist) or equivalent qualification.

Experience
