The University Medical Center Schleswig-Holstein (UKSH) is seeking a dedicated Biological Technical Assistant or Medical Laboratory Technician to join the Clinic for Internal Medicine I - Pneumology and the Institute for Clinical Molecular Biology. In this role, you will play a vital part in clinical research and diagnostics. Your daily responsibilities include the coordination, processing, and professional storage of biological samples such as plasma, serum, and blood according to standard operating procedures (SOPs). You will prepare study sets for sample collection, ensure meticulous documentation, and assist with molecular biological and protein biochemical tasks, as well as cell culture work involving primary cells and organoids. This position offers a stable, full-time environment with regular working hours and no shift work, based at the university campus.
