Job Summary
The Caritas Association for the Diocese of Hildesheim is seeking an IT Service Coordinator to join their team in a part-time capacity (19.5 hours/week). In this role, you will serve as the central point of contact for employee IT requests, managing the intake, categorization, and prioritization of incidents and service tickets. You will act as a liaison between users and external service providers, ensuring timely resolution and monitoring adherence to service level agreements (SLAs). Additionally, you will handle basic local hardware troubleshooting, contribute to the onboarding and offboarding processes, and maintain the internal self-service portal and knowledge base. This position is ideal for someone with a background in IT support who enjoys structured workflows and clear communication. Required Skills
Education
