Job Summary

This role involves working within the Clinic for Internal Medicine and the Institute for Clinical Molecular Biology, supporting critical diagnostic and research activities. The day-to-day responsibilities include the coordination, processing, and storage of biological samples such as plasma, serum, and blood, strictly following standard operating procedures (SOPs). You will prepare study sets for research purposes, maintain comprehensive documentation, and perform molecular biological and protein biochemical tasks. Additionally, you will support cell culture work, including primary cells and organoids, across various research platforms. The position is based in a collaborative environment that values teamwork and reliability. It is an excellent opportunity for both experienced professionals and dedicated entry-level candidates to work with state-of-the-art laboratory methods. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training as a Biological Technical Assistant (BTA), Medical Laboratory Technologist (MTLA/MTL), or a comparable qualification.

Experience

  • Professional experience in biological sample processing and molecular laboratory work is desirable
