As an Electrical Engineer specializing in process and building automation, you will be responsible for planning, maintaining, and operating automation systems that are critical to the facility's particle accelerators and data centers. Your day-to-day tasks include managing Simatic S7/S5 automation stations, performing fault diagnostics, and overseeing technical planning offices for infrastructure upgrades. You will also manage cross-functional interfaces and participate in on-call duties. The position requires a degree in Electrical Engineering with a focus on automation or control technology. You will need practical experience with Simatic systems, EPLAN, and SAP-PM, alongside strong knowledge of technical building equipment standards. Required Skills

Education

University degree (BSc/MSc/Diploma) in Electrical Engineering, preferably with a focus on automation, drive technology, or MSR-Technik.

Experience

  • Experience in the application of Simatic S5 and S7 automation systems
