Job Summary

As a (Senior) Global Packaging Engineer, you will serve as a Strategic Packaging Expert, driving the definition of future packaging requirements and ensuring compliance with regulations and industry norms. Your role involves leading all projects to meet these goals, managing and evolving the operations standard packaging materials menu, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. You will assess industry options, work with the Prototyping Team, and stay updated on market trends. A key focus will be identifying and implementing optimization projects to achieve packaging KPIs, especially concerning sustainability and future regulatory environments. This pivotal role requires strong experience in developing packaging solutions, particularly with cardboard boxes and plastic bottles, and knowledge of dangerous goods shipment requirements and data management systems like SAP for tracking packaging information.
