Job Summary
The Caritas Association for the Diocese of Hildesheim is seeking an IT Service Coordinator to join their team in a part-time capacity (19.5 hours per week). In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for employee IT requests, managing the intake, categorization, and prioritization of incidents and service requests. You will coordinate with external service providers, oversee the IT onboarding and offboarding processes, and maintain the internal self-service portal and knowledge base. Additionally, you will handle basic local hardware troubleshooting and assist in monitoring service level agreements (SLAs) through reporting. The ideal candidate possesses a background in IT, strong communication skills, and a service-oriented mindset. Required Skills
Education

Experience
- Professional experience in IT support, helpdesk, or user support is desirable.
- Experience with ticket systems is considered an advantage.
