Job Summary

The Federal Agency for Cartography and Geodesy (BKG) is seeking a dedicated Procurement and Organization Administrator to join their team in Frankfurt am Main for a 2-year fixed-term contract. In this role, you will play a key part in the agency's administrative operations, including managing organizational structures, staff inventory, and administrative modernization initiatives. You will be responsible for executing procurement processes, ranging from frame contract call-offs to coordinating with the Federal Procurement Office for specific measures, as well as managing library and periodical holdings. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in public administration or business management, combined with excellent organizational skills and proficiency in MS Office. Required Skills

Education

Experience

  • Experience in organizational development or staff management is preferred
