Job Summary

This role involves joining the Federal Agency for Cartography and Geodesy (BKG) to manage and optimize critical geographic information systems. Based in either Frankfurt am Main or Leipzig, you will be responsible for the administration of geoinformation and remote sensing software, including automation, error analysis, and system optimization. Day-to-day tasks include developing the GIS landscape to meet user requirements, managing licenses and services, and creating security and update concepts. You will work with industry-standard tools like ESRI and FME to support national infrastructure projects.
