Job Summary

This role is for an experienced IT Systems Technician specializing in 2nd Level Support, joining a successful IT service company established in 1995. The primary focus will be on providing operational 2nd-level support, managing client and server systems, and maintaining applications both on-site at customer locations and within the data center. Key responsibilities include planning and executing new installations and meticulously documenting all completed work. The ideal candidate will possess a relevant IT qualification or comparable professional experience, several years of experience in user support or 2nd level IT projects, and strong knowledge of client networks, Microsoft Server, WLAN, Office 365, and Windows 10.
