Job Summary

As an IT Service Technician, you will play a vital role in supporting end-users within large enterprise environments. Your daily responsibilities include providing hands-on IT support, managing the lifecycle of mobile devices like iPhones and iPads, and performing IMAC-D (Install, Move, Add, Change, Delete) services. You will be responsible for the installation, configuration, and maintenance of PCs, notebooks, printers, and various peripherals, while ensuring all incidents are documented and resolved within a ticket system. Additionally, you will provide remote support to users and assist with the setup of office environments. This position is ideal for a service-oriented professional with a strong technical background in hardware and Windows operating systems. Required Skills

Education
