Job Summary

As an IT Service Technician, you will provide on-site support and perform IMAC services (Installation, Move, Add, Change) for a leading international IT service provider. Your day-to-day responsibilities include setting up and dismantling IT workstations, troubleshooting technical issues directly for end-users, and configuring notebooks. You will be responsible for managing tickets within the system, issuing and reclaiming IT equipment, and providing technical support for both in-person and virtual events. Additionally, you will maintain hardware inventory and documentation. This role requires a solid technical background, proficiency in hardware and software maintenance, and strong communication skills.
