Job Summary

As an IT Service Technician, you will play a vital role in maintaining the IT infrastructure for a leading international service provider. Your day-to-day responsibilities include providing onsite support to end-users, managing the setup and commissioning of workstations, and performing IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) services. You will be responsible for troubleshooting technical issues, documenting activities within a ticket system, and managing the lifecycle of IT equipment, including the imaging and secure wiping of notebooks. This position requires a proactive approach to incident management and clear communication with users. Required Skills

Experience
