Job Summary

As a Staff/Principal ASIC Design Engineer at Last Mile Semiconductor, you will provide technical leadership for the digital design team, focusing on mentoring and coaching engineers to reach their full potential. You will take ownership of the digital and SoC architecture, specifically defining and optimizing RF System-on-Chip designs. Your day-to-day will involve RTL design for complex digital blocks, system-level integration, and serving as a key technical interface between Analog/RF, firmware, and product management teams. You will also define design and verification methodologies, lead silicon bring-up, and represent the company technically to partners and foundries. This role is ideal for an experienced professional looking to shape the technical strategy of an innovative semiconductor startup. You will work in a collaborative, international environment in Dresden, contributing to the development of cutting-edge 5G NR+ technology for IoT applications.
