Job Summary
As an IT Rollout Service Technician in Taufkirchen, you will play a critical role in implementing large-scale hardware deployments for a variety of mobile and desktop devices. Your daily responsibilities involve the hands-on setup and rollout of smartphones, tablets, notebooks, and desktop computers, ensuring all hardware is correctly configured and ready for use. Beyond physical deployment, you will provide essential technical support for network environments and modern Windows operating systems, troubleshooting connectivity issues across Layers 1-3. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and professional communication skills to interact effectively with clients and stakeholders. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training in IT (e.g., IT Specialist / Fachinformatiker) is preferred; relevant professional experience is also accepted.
Experience
- Professional experience in hardware rollout for mobile devices, laptops, and desktops
- Practical knowledge of current Windows operating systems
- Experience in network environments specifically with switching and Layers 1-3
- Completed vocational training in IT (e.g., IT Specialist) is preferred but not mandatory
- Experience in professional client-facing communication
