Job Summary

This full-time position within Prof. Dr. Kesselring's research group at the II. Medical Clinic involves supporting cutting-edge research in tumor immunology and colorectal cancer. The successful candidate will be responsible for isolating tumor and immune cells from both mouse and human organs, cultivating tumor organoids, and conducting flow cytometry and cell-based assays. Day-to-day tasks include immunohistological, molecular biological, and protein biochemical examinations of tissue samples, alongside assisting with animal experimental work. Beyond laboratory execution, the role requires active laboratory management and the independent planning and documentation of experiments in close coordination with scientific staff.
