Job Summary

As a SuccessFactors Platform Manager, you will be responsible for the operational oversight and management of SuccessFactors platforms, ensuring their high availability, integrity, and reliability. Your day-to-day will involve coordinating platform maintenance, updates, testing, and release management, while also ensuring system integrity, data quality, security, and compliance. You will collaborate closely with various IT stakeholders, including Solution Architects and Implementation Partners, and provide Level 1-2 technical support, escalating issues to SAP when necessary. This role is ideal for a proactive and analytical professional with strong expertise in cloud technologies and SAP SuccessFactors, who can effectively manage vendor relations and coordinate cross-functional teams to optimize platform performance and ensure seamless operations.
