Key responsibilities include preparing technical briefings, managing communication interfaces across various departments, and developing strategies to enhance European competence and innovation within the administration. You will also represent the Senate in EU-related committees such as EUROCITIES and help coordinate large-scale administrative reform projects. Required Skills

Education

Completed university degree (Master's or equivalent) in a relevant field such as European Studies, Administrative Science, Political Science, or International Management.

Experience

  • At least 2 years of experience in project coordination and project management
  • Professional experience in dealing with EU institutions, policies, and programs
  • Experience in strategic organizational development or administrative reform
  • Experience in providing technical and strategic advice to senior leadership
  • Experience participating in international or EU-related committees
