Job Summary

This role serves as a central coordinator for administrative modernization within the Berlin Senate Department for Health, Nursing, and Science. You will be responsible for strategic steering, impact monitoring, and project management to implement the State Organization Act (LOG). Day-to-day activities include conducting strategic analyses of organizational structures, advising senior management on transformation processes, and managing change initiatives to ensure an efficient, future-proof administration. You will act as a key consultant for department heads, facilitating decision-making processes and overseeing quality management. This position is ideal for professionals who enjoy working behind the scenes of public administration to drive organizational development. Required Skills

Education

Master's degree or equivalent in Administrative Sciences, Political Science, Humanities, or Cultural Studies.

Experience

  • At least 2 years of relevant professional experience in administrative or strategic roles
  • Proven practical experience in project management
  • Proven practical experience in event management
  • Experience in strategic analysis and development of organizational structures
  • Professional experience in public administration or governmental consulting is highly preferred
