Job Summary

As an Onsite IT Technician, you will be the primary point of contact for hardware and software support within an industrial company in Offenbach am Main. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include managing IT disruptions and user requests via a ticketing system, providing direct onsite support for Windows end devices, and documenting all processes adhering to SLAs. You will also be responsible for setting up, relocating, and dismantling IT workstations, and providing user training on new software and hardware.
