Job Summary
As a Field Service Engineer, you will provide comprehensive IT support and consulting to customers across Southern Germany, with a primary focus on the Augsburg region. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve addressing technical issues, performing planned service assignments, and supporting various customer locations. This includes 1st and 2nd level IT support, hardware maintenance, system optimization, troubleshooting, and assisting with IT rollouts, migrations, and technical projects. You will also manage administrative tasks like asset management and collaborate with central service desks. This role offers variety, a strong team environment, and opportunities for continuous learning and professional development within the IT Service & Operations Team.
