Job Summary

This role is for an experienced Apple Support Technician eager to actively participate in the planning, implementation, and development of complex network infrastructures within customer environments. You will be joining a leading IT service provider in Kerpen, supporting major companies and public clients across Germany in their digital transformation efforts. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing, processing, and documenting support cases using ticket and CRM systems, performing diagnostics, repairs, and setup of various Apple devices (MacBooks, iPhones, iPads), and managing technical escalations in the Apple ecosystem. Key qualifications include very good knowledge of macOS, iOS, and Apple hardware diagnosis, along with strong communication and service orientation.
