This part-time (40%) permanent position within the Stuttgart School Administration Office offers a diverse administrative role at the Technical High School Stuttgart branch. As the primary point of contact, you will manage daily office operations, including handling public inquiries, telephone correspondence, and mail. Key responsibilities involve maintaining student databases, coordinating schedules, and managing the school's registration process. Additionally, you will oversee essential financial tasks such as budgeting, accounting, and managing the principal's office funds. Required Skills
Education
Completion of vocational training as a Management Assistant in Public Administration, completion of the First Examination for public service employees (Angestelltenlehrgang I), or a completed three-year commercial/equivalent vocational training.
Experience
- Professional experience in a secretarial or administrative role is preferred
- Experience in managing public, telephone, and postal traffic
- Experience in financial administration, specifically budgeting and cash management
- Proven experience in organizational tasks and independent work environments
