This role involves leading the Information and Communication Technology (ICT) coordination department for the Citizen's Service Office in Stuttgart. You will be responsible for managing a team of two and ensuring the operational readiness of hardware and software across 190 workstations and 65 mobile units. A significant part of the role includes managing the 'KM-Ewo' specialized application, supporting over 3,100 users across 21 municipal offices. Day-to-day tasks involve first-level support, incident management, user authorization administration, and providing technical advice for digital administrative services. You will also handle data protection matters related to registration records and statistics. Required Skills

Education

Bachelor's degree in Public Management, Digital Administrative Management, or a comparable university degree; or a qualification as a Certified Administrative Manager (Verwaltungsfachwirt); or a completed three-year vocational training in the IT sector.
