This permanent role within the City of Stuttgart's Building Construction Department involves overseeing electrical installation projects for approximately 2,000 municipal buildings, including schools, cultural centers, and sports facilities. Day-to-day, you will manage construction sites, supervise external planning offices, and handle the technical acceptance and billing of electrical works. You will be responsible for creating performance specifications and maintaining professional correspondence across city departments and external contractors.
