Job Summary
As an HR Specialist for the City of Stuttgart's Main and Personnel Office, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of municipal HR work. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve ensuring high quality standards by developing and refining quality guidelines and optimizing HR processes. You will be instrumental in building and expanding onboarding and training concepts, managing associated controlling tasks, and actively transferring knowledge across departments. This role combines conceptual strategy with operational support, as you will provide guidance to various city offices and participate in working groups focused on interim and quality management. Required Skills
Education
Bachelor's degree in Public Management, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a comparable university degree. Also suitable for qualified Administrative Specialists (Verwaltungsfachwirt/AL II) or civil servants with completed advancement training.
Experience
- Professional experience in operational HR work, preferably within the public administration sector
- Experience in conceptual work and the ability to quickly grasp complex topics
- Proven experience in cooperation with diverse stakeholders and assertive communication
