As an IT Domain Architect for the City of Stuttgart, you will take full strategic and technical responsibility for the city-wide dashboard platform, currently based on Qlik Sense. Your day-to-day work involves ensuring reliable platform operations, advancing data management architectures, and developing critical interfaces for system integration. You will act as a key decision-maker in city-wide BI and data projects, representing the municipal administration in strategic committees like the Smart City Board. This role is ideal for a professional who enjoys bridging the gap between high-level software architecture and practical implementation. Required Skills

Education

University degree in Computer Science or a comparable field. Foreign degrees must have official German recognition (e.g., 'Engineer' title) and certified translations.

Experience

  • Several years of professional experience in IT or software engineering
  • Extensive experience in system and data integration across the entire software lifecycle
  • Proven experience with SAP, SQL, and web interfaces
  • Professional experience in strategic decision-making within data or BI projects
  • Experience in managing complex software architectures and stakeholder representation

Additional
