Your daily responsibilities include managing incidents and service requests via BMC Helix, providing 1st and 2nd level support for Windows and Office environments, and administering mobile devices through Jamf Pro and Apple School Manager. You will also handle Active Directory administration and help document internal IT processes. Required Skills

Education

University degree in Computer Science or a comparable field; alternatively, completed vocational training in IT (e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration) with relevant professional experience.

Experience

  • Professional experience in IT support or a related technical field
  • Experience in managing mobile devices within an MDM solution
  • Experience with Windows Server Active Directory administration
  • Practical experience in 1st and 2nd level support for Windows and Office environments
  • Experience working within ITIL-based service management structures is preferred
