As a Junior IT Systems Integration Specialist, you will join a collaborative five-person in-house IT team dedicated to maintaining a robust technical infrastructure. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve acting as the central point of contact for colleagues, providing first and second-level support for Microsoft client systems, telecommunications, and hardware. You will manage the entire hardware lifecycle, from procurement and assembly to maintenance and disposal, while ensuring all incidents and requests are documented in the ticket system.
