Job Summary

This role involves supporting the Dean's Office at the Faculty of Management and Technology at Leuphana University Lüneburg. As a key member of a modern administrative team, you will manage day-to-day business operations, faculty reports, and personnel procedures. A significant portion of the role focuses on the administration of doctoral and habilitation processes, as well as the planning and coordination of faculty events and conferences. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training as a Management Assistant in Public Administration (Verwaltungsfachangestellte/r) or an equivalent professional qualification.

Experience

  • Professional experience in administrative or secretarial affairs
  • Experience in managing administrative workflows and reporting
  • Experience in organizing and coordinating professional events or conferences
  • Knowledge of university structures and academic administration is preferred
