Job Summary

The Leuphana University of Lüneburg is seeking a motivated and engaged Institute Manager for the Leuphana Law School. In this role, you will independently manage administrative processes for the institute and its members, coordinating with the institute's leadership, professorships, dean's office, and central administration. Your responsibilities include office management, handling correspondence (including in English), scheduling, travel arrangements, financial and third-party fund management, supporting HR processes, and organizing events and conferences. You will also assist with teaching and examination administration, act as a point of contact for administrative matters, and maintain the institute's website and research databases. This is a part-time, permanent position (50%) within the public service sector.

Education

Completed vocational training as an administrative specialist or other adequate vocational training/qualification

Experience

  • Professional experience in secretarial or administrative roles
