Job Summary

As a Senior Service Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the digital future of the German Armed Forces (Bundeswehr) by maintaining one of Germany's largest IT infrastructures. Operating out of the Hanover Service Center, your daily responsibilities involve the tool-based analysis and resolution of faults across PC, telephony, LAN, and WAN environments. You will perform on-site 'Install, Move, Add, Change' (IMAC) tasks, commission hardware, and provide user training. Beyond troubleshooting, you will support IT/TK infrastructure sub-projects and rollouts while ensuring compliance with response times and safety regulations like DGUV V3.
