Job Summary

As an Onsite IT Technician in Frankfurt am Main, you will serve as the primary hands-on problem solver for hardware and software issues. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve setting up and dismantling IT workstations, troubleshooting system errors both remotely and in-person, and instructing users on hardware and software usage. You will be responsible for maintaining the network and printer environment while documenting all activities within a ticket system in compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs). This role is ideal for a proactive professional who enjoys direct user interaction and technical maintenance. The position offers an attractive 35-hour work week, 30 days of annual leave (upon permanent hire), and a family-friendly environment with flat hierarchies.
