As an IT Onsite Support Engineer in Nuremberg, you will serve as the primary point of contact for hardware and software issues within a dynamic team. Your daily responsibilities include providing first-level support via telephone and the ServiceNow ticketing system, where you will analyze, classify, and resolve customer inquiries independently. You will be responsible for identifying recurring IT problems and escalating them when necessary, while advising users on end-user devices, applications, and IT processes. Required Skills

Education

Experience

  • Experience in hardware and software error analysis and rectification
  • Experience using ticketing systems, specifically ServiceNow
  • Proven technical and organizational proficiency in a professional IT context
