Job Summary

As a Project Manager for Building Services within the Facility Management department, you will take independent charge of technical construction projects aimed at modernizing hospital infrastructure for future energy and medical requirements. You will lead complex Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) projects from the initial planning stages through to final commissioning, working on both existing structures and new builds. A significant part of your role involves contributing to the hospital's energetic transformation toward CO2-neutral energy supply. You will act as the central point of contact for external partners, contractors, and internal stakeholders, ensuring that technical contracts, costs, schedules, and quality standards are strictly monitored and controlled. Required Skills

Education

Successfully completed technical degree in Plant Engineering, Technical Building Services, Supply Engineering, Energy and Building Technology, or an equivalent qualification.

Experience

  • Professional experience in project and construction management for large, technology-intensive construction projects
  • Experience in hospital construction or clinical operations is desirable
  • Professional experience with construction in existing buildings and measures during ongoing operations
  • Proven experience in project monitoring, cost control, and scheduling
