This role involves the scientific and technical leadership of the Tumor Documentation department at the University Cancer Center Schleswig-Holstein (UCCSH) in Kiel. You will lead a team of 10 employees, overseeing the documentation of oncological data and reporting to the Schleswig-Holstein Cancer Registry. A key focus is the scientific analysis of key performance indicators for certified organ cancer centers and the application of AI-supported evaluation methods for quality assurance and health services research. You will act as a central interface between clinical departments, IT specialists, and external partners to ensure data quality and integration across the campus. Required Skills

Education

University degree in (Bio/Medical) Informatics, Documentation, or a related field.
