Required Skills

Education

Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification such as vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration.

Experience

  • Extensive experience in managing and steering external service providers
  • Proven track record in planning and executing IT infrastructure projects and hardware rollouts
  • Practical experience using ticket systems and service management tools like ServiceNow or OTRS
  • Experience in network administration including Cisco or HP environments
  • Professional experience in mobile contract and device inventory management
