Job Summary

This role involves overseeing the safe and efficient operation of an electrochemical laboratory, ensuring full compliance with safety and chemical regulations. On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for the conditioning and characterization of redox-active electrolytes, such as vanadium or organic systems. You will set up, commission, and maintain redox-flow battery cells at a laboratory scale while planning and executing complex electrochemical experiments including cyclization, polarization measurements, and efficiency analysis. A significant part of the role includes ensuring reproducible results through structured documentation and standardized protocols.
