Job Summary

As a Senior Innovation Manager at the Bundeswehr Cyber Innovation Hub (CIHBw) in Berlin, you will act as a critical bridge between the German Armed Forces and the international startup ecosystem. Your primary mission is to drive digital transformation by empowering 'intrapreneurs' within the military to develop and test innovative solutions. You will lead the design and execution of Design Thinking workshops, Lean Startup cycles, and Minimum Viable Product (MVP) validation processes. Day-to-day, you will coach interdisciplinary teams, operationalize value hypotheses, and evaluate user data from field tests to ensure high-quality user experiences for military stakeholders. This role is unique because it combines the agility of a startup incubator with the large-scale impact of national security. You will have the opportunity to shape a modern innovation culture within one of Germany's largest IT infrastructures, working at the intersection of public sector digital strategy and cutting-edge technology.
