Job Summary

This role involves working within a 3rd-level technical department focused on voice infrastructure. On a day-to-day basis, you will support the secure and stable operation of SipWise and Softswitch platforms, implement new Next Generation Network (NGN) connections with other providers, and collaborate with IT and development teams to enhance voice tools. You will also be responsible for creating reports and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs). This position is ideal for an IT professional with a background in telecommunications who enjoys technical troubleshooting and platform optimization. The role is particularly attractive due to its permanent contract status, 30 days of vacation, and internal training measures, all within a dynamic medium-sized company structure that offers short decision-making paths and modern technical equipment.

Required Skills

Education

Degree in Network/Communication Technology, Telecommunications Engineering, or a comparable vocational training qualification in the IT/TK field.

Experience

Several years of professional experience in the IT or telecommunications sector
Practical experience or certification in the Voice/SIP environment
Experience with Softswitches and SipWise platforms is preferred
Experience in 3rd-level technical support and operations
