Job Summary

As the IT Infrastructure Team Lead, you will take charge of the 'Internal IT' team within the IT & Platform Management department. Your daily responsibilities involve overseeing the operation and continuous improvement of the company's IT service processes and infrastructure. You will act as a key coordinator for external IT service providers, ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are met, and manage the M365 tenant in collaboration with partners. Beyond operational stability, you will lead IT projects from planning through reporting, while ensuring high availability, performance, and security of all internal services. This role is ideal for a proactive leader who enjoys developing standards, documentation, and emergency backup concepts.
