Job Summary

This role is based within the Department of Pathogenesis of Infection-Induced Tumors at the German Cancer Research Center (DKFZ). As a Technical Laboratory Assistant, you will join the international BEHIND-MS consortium, a multidisciplinary project funded by HORIZON Europe investigating the link between the Epstein-Barr virus and Multiple Sclerosis. Your daily responsibilities will include performing molecular biology techniques such as cloning, qPCR, and Western Blotting, alongside cell culture work involving cultivation and transfection. Beyond bench work, you will play a vital role in laboratory organization, managing supplies, and ensuring safety compliance. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training as a Medical Technical Assistant (MTA), Biological Technical Assistant (BTA), or an equivalent qualification.

Experience
