Job Summary

As an IT Service Technician for the primary digitalization partner of the German Armed Forces (Bundeswehr), you will be responsible for ensuring stable and secure IT services in the Munich North region. Your daily routine involves providing on-site support to users, which includes troubleshooting, new installations, and hardware refreshes for both IT and telecommunications equipment. You will handle IMACD (Install, Move, Add, Change, Dispose) tasks, support 1st and 2nd level requests, and commission customer infrastructure including network and server environments.
